Ropes Course at Synder
Park

challenge team members to work very effectively together. Team building programs
occur on both high ropes course and low ropes team challenge courses. The high
ropes course is approximately 30 feet above the group and the low ropes team
challenge is a series of ground based team building activities. This provocative
ropes course and team building programs are very effective tools for impacting
leadership and team skills. Students l develop a greater understanding and
appreciation of their performance strengths and limitations. Issues of group
norms, change, conflict management, decision-making, risk taking and planning
are addressed through these activity-based team building simulations.
